Return Process

  Place the item in its original GemsMantra™ packaging, ensuring all certificates, tags, and promotional materials are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
